It should be based in Syns Tips. He Has one under each lesson. You can do whatever in your Video as Long as it involves His Tip from a lessonshould this be based on a technique or on an exercise ?

- The student making the most effort in their video will have a chance to win!
- As always, Syn has the final say on who wins the contest!
