Your views on the Boss Katana 50

Hey guys,
A friend of mine is getting a new amp. I have been personally using the Boss katana 50 for quite some time now and i think it’s helluva amp. I just wanted to know your thought on the amp or suggestions of better amps at this price range. Cheers

Is your friend able to use VSTs or can they only use amps for now?

He can use vst but is looking for an amp to strat gigging

Oh, fair enough, I haven’t played the 50 but I have played others in the range and they are pretty good, Good for an inexpensive gigging amp.

Honestly? I’m skipping kanata and going for nextone. Its 699.probably a new year buy. 4 seperate tube sounds. Can’t wait.
