Zackys interview is definitely more to the point then the ones I've listened to and read with Matt. And while I don't agree with the idea of bands holding back albums.

(Afi.. a7x.. escape the fate.. pretty much every band but the foo fighters has put a hold on releases).

I get where they are coming from. But the album won't be forgotten. I dont think any album they've done is forgettable.

Even though I miss new music, I completely understand their decision to hold on to release anything, and I actually agree with them.
I believe the new album will be out of this world! They're going at a slow pace and, this way, they have more time to nail everything.

I think it's just a conicidence, sadly.

Zacky did the interview for the anniversary of that station, Matt did it because that other station picked Nightmare in their list of albums and JC did this because Jasta did his podcast few months back.
