Crimson Day

Taking a break from "Going to California" because I'm getting frustrated. Starting to work on Crimson Day. Anyone have any tips on learning it?

I don't really have tips for crimson day in particular but in the general sense it's the same as every song you will ever learn.

Start by memorizing the notes nd once you do work on getting those notes in time by playing along to a metronome, drum track or even the original track. This is generally how I learn songs and how Robin Nolan teaches learning songs and it works great for me.

When you say memorize the notes, are you referring to memorizing the name of the note or the position on the fretboard?

Preferably both but yeah what is played
and where on the fretboard The notes are played such it is the most comfortable for you.
