I do sometimes...I keep adjusting my hand to try and get a clearer sound. Not sure if it's an age thing (SO says he got this when he was 8 and it was second hand then, so we think it's 40+ years old...) or me =). But I do sometimes feel a little vibration on that finger when I play that chord.

OK! So just like what we suspected there may be a chance that you are muting the G-string on accident with your ring fingers. To truly troubleshoot this, I suggest you playing both the E minor in E major chords but pick one note at a time, or one string at a time rather. Starting from the bottom E string and all the way up at the top E string. If you hear any that are clunky, curl your knuckle just a bit more and press a little harder you are such a hard worker. I'm so proud of you. Please keep it up!

I will be hitting it hard again tomorrow night (heading to bed here shortly now), and will work on that technique! For someone who has an octave plus one reach on the piano, chords are sure challenging, haha! I will take a video tomorrow night of this technique and put it up for CC to see if I'm fixing the issue =). I love all the help that I can get on here and hope to pay it forward someday in the future!
