Trashed and Scattered in my opinion has one of the best chorus leads and it makes me wonder how someone starts to compose it lol

    Favorite Syn Solo

@syn… I can’t even begin to imagine how you composed that. The paradigm solo is a work of art.

    Favorite Syn Solo

Wow that’s a hard question. There are so many great ones. I’m always changing my favorite but as of right now it’s paradigm. I think the minor arpeggio with the chromatics is so cool and he goes into that string skip and legato run with a sweep/ tapping combo. Then after the pause it just has a...

    Stuck On A Playing Plateau

Try a regimen. So you could do chromatic alternate picking up and down the neck for x amount of minutes, legato chromatics up and down the neck for x minutes, you could practice sweep patterns but only at a speed that you can do it cleaning. All of this should be used with a metronome. Maybe try...

The place where I play affects?

Then it could probably be the springs of the bridge. Just maybe try the foam around the springs. Like this

The place where I play affects?

Hmmm… if it was a tremolo I was going to say it could be the vibration of the springs inside you guitar, which to correct that some people out foam between the springs (but that isn’t useful to you). I’m going to take a guess that maybe it could be vibration still traveling through the nut...

The place where I play affects?

Do you have a hard tail bridge or tremolo?

    Acoustic Tuning Help

It sounds in tune on the recording, maybe slightly off. It could be the intonation of the strings. Intonation is basically where a string is lengthened or shorted to make fret in tune. Unfortunately on you guitar, it looks like you are unable to do this.

    Favorite guitars?

I love my Hellraiser. The craftsmanship is great and the Floyd rose 1500 is so smooth.

    Favorite guitars?

I’m still in high school so I worked a summer job earning minimum wage fixing computers at my school. I ended up buy a Schecter Hellraiser FRS passive. Has a dragon burst arch top and plays great. I also have a 2004 Gibson les Paul I bought from my Uncle but there’s a backstory to it. When he...

    SYN SCHOOL ON MY ACOUSTIC?

It is tougher to start on an acoustic and I have to agree it takes more focus, but all of the lessons are still doable with an acoustic

    SYN SCHOOL ON MY ACOUSTIC?

Definitely put a new set of strings on. You should be able to do all of the lessons with an acoustic. Eventually with the advanced lessons you might want to upgrade.
