    That would be a VERY niche app and probably wouldn't generate enough interest to justify the cost of development, but depending on how the app is architected, there could be possibilities after the phone app and the next stage of the site is rolled out. I wouldn't get your hopes up, though.

    I wonder if perhaps the locking nut screws aren't tight enough? That could be a cause. Also strings not fully stretched. Those are the first things to check.

    My understanding was that it's a convertible, and the "head" you used would be the same as the top half of the split combo, though none of the pics I have show the sides, where the latches would be.

    Ideally you want the pick to strike the string at a slight angle, but EXACTLY what angle will be up to you, and may change from style to style. It's about finding the tone you seek with your pick. But a slight angle (not flat pick against string) will generally allow for faster picking overall.
