    Andrew is correct. They are Ultra-res cabs, which only work with AxeFX II and forward. I went into the FracTool converter (which had an update!) and confirmed, they can only be converted down that far.

    I wish I had the TIME and DESIRE to practice that much. I do envy people who can be that obsessive. While I was with guitar in my late teens, those days are long gone. I wish I’d had more focus and discipline when I had the time and desire.

    @chris, I did do the change (and then later undid it) on my red Ibanez. I did NOT have to change out the 1/4 jack. Everything else you’ve said is true though. Also heard great things about the Fishman’s (Fishmen?) but haven’t tried them.

    Nothing about that would make it worth 8 grand, even if it were real. Signatures don’t add that much value, especially when the artist is alive, and it’s a lower-end guitar. Even if is a one-off made for ZV and never used, it wouldn’t be worth more than MAYBE $2,000 tops, to a superfan.
