    Seize the day

Ok thanks… Also if you don’t want to do the solo then don’t worry about it cause I usually watch Chris Zoupa on YouTube for those and he does one for this song. But if you would like to do it go for cause it’s always better to have two perspectives.

    Seize the day

Does anyone know of a good lesson out there for seize the day. I was thinking it would be the perfect song to help with chord transissions as well as being able to play an A7X song. Also if anyone has time to make a lesson that would be a huge help as well.

    Guitar to PC?

So I have a probably basic tech question. If I have my guitar plugged into my amp (like I normally would) and I also have the Rocksmith aux to USB adapter, could I get away with plugging that into the headphone out Jack and into my pc (ignoring sound quality for now…just want to get a method to...

    Song tutorial requests

The heavy distorted die out ending of the outro is awesome…and a great outro to such a great album too.

    Guitar buying help

I was wanting to get a guitar with a tremolo bar already attached and I was wondering if anybody knew a good priced guitar. Or do you think it would be cheaper to get a Ibanez bridge with tremolo attachment installed on my guitar. (My guitar is an Ibanez) I would prefer this as I really like my...

The Grammy acoustic version of Roman sky was my favorite honestly.

    Song tutorial requests

Yeah for any solos I would highly recommend Chris Zoupa as he is arguably the best solo teacher on YouTube at the moment. He does do creeping death as well. If you don’t like his content then you may be more interested in trying to get like a personal video made from someone on here but idk.

    Lesson progress

ok I think you all pretty much answered the question. I was kind of just asking like when should i expect to be to the level that i can write my own cool riffs and solos but going into the lessons more i can see that after the chords he does start to encourage that a bit more.

    Lesson progress

Assuming these lessons are your only source of guitar learning, about how far into the program should you expect to be able to branch off from lessons and do your own thing.

Lewis Blake on that riff what is the last little part, Im pretty sure the power chords are just the open 6th 5th and maybe 4th string in there as well.

    Song tutorial requests

I’ve been wanting to learn And All Things Will End by of course, A7X. I tried looking for videos or anything and I don’t personally trust tabs too much but I haven’t found much of anything so far. It sound fairly simple especially the main riff but I can’t quite get it by ear.

    Song tutorial requests

I wanted to create this post so if anyone had some song tutorial requests…as I do… Then maybe some people in the community can help out with a link or even their own tutorial. Any songs are welcome.

    Starting a band

This is a question that i don’t really know how to phrase, but I was wondering how you would get people in a band if you didn’t have a full group of people that you knew could play instruments. I am by no means anywhere close to being to play in a band but I do have a friend who is great at the...

    First song

First Full song was Heaven nor Hell by Volbeat. It’s not as heavy as i normally like but it was a great song to start with, and it didn’t take long at all to learn because it is mainly just one riff of power chords and a simple vibrato solo.
