One suggestion: you could mention in the FAQ about Media that you can also Post Videos on YouTube as "Not listed"

Because I feel Lots of people are too shy to have their practice Video visible to all of YouTube and so won't post here either

Exactly! That's what I do, I always post my video as not listed, so only people who have the link can watch it. I don't feel comfortable posting my videos as "public", so I only share them here with you guys.
