Do I need to be signed in to the school store to buy something?

I’m having trouble signing in to the store, I’m using the same password I do for my email that I use to log in to my account here at the school. I’m planning on buying a t-shirt this week. I just wanted to make sure that this wouldn’t pose any problems when I buy it.

You can continue as guest when you are about to checkout but when you checkout you will get a mail that they created you an account for easier purchase in the future. That’s what happpened to me, I’m pretty sure I had an account before but I couldn’t remember the password so I just decided to proceed as a guest
