I’ve been wondering for quite some time how beneficial one of these could be to a guitar player! I eagerly await advice from someone more educated on this than myself lmao

I own one, I use it on and off, the only real benefit I’ve noticed is endurance, specifically in my thumb from using it as a thumb exerciser. Beyond a certain point you don’t need a ton of raw power strength in your fingers, cuz if you press *too* hard on a string you’re gonna make the note sharp. But the one I have also has a callous builder so that helps to use once in a while in addition.

Yeah, I’m not looking to add more pressure to my note fingerings, I was just thinking it could help with endurance (like you said) and maybe dexterity.

I’d say dexterity won’t be affected since the pins can’t move, but endurance for sure.
