Hey guys, how are you doing!
Long story short, I just started a job at Steve’s music store in downtown montreal! I work at the guitar accessories section which includes guitar strings, tuner, capo’s and of course, pedals.
I want to expand further my knowledge of guitar pedals so I wanted to ask you about your favorite pedals that you either have in your rig or that you would want to add! Or anything that I must know about guitar pedals in general!
    Cheers!

Tbh most of my pedals work in combination with others so on its own I’m not sure.the only one that’s ever turned on on its own would by my reverb. So that would probably be my favourite pedal. As far as pedals go I still kinda want one of those midi controller thingies so I don’t have to tap dance like a crazy person and I’d like to get a bunch of upgrades. Delay, distortion and there is this really cool overdrive pedal of which I forgot the name.

Congrats on the job! For me the 2 most essential pedals are a wah and an overdrive. The overdrive can add just a bit of sustain to solos and a wah adds a ton of possibilities. Next I would say a looper. It’s a really nice practice tool can be used to either work on solos or just working out rhythm parts.
The shop I work at specializes in Mooer pedals. They are tiny, but pack a punch! http://www.mooeraudio.com/nav/MICRO-SERIES-25.html
