Holiday Challenges!

Whats up Synners and Gators,
I challenge Thee!
Since the Holiday Season is approaching, what are your challenges you are trying to best during this break? What are you gonna practice more actively?
In my case I will play the hell out of the modes, improve my fretboard knowledge and maybe venture into some tapping. Also I will try to make the metronome my best friend in order for me to master guitar solo's faster.

I don't have a Challenge Set really. But I am working on multiple Songs (Covers) right now that Take waay longer than expected. Maybe Start with some Blues stuff. Probably sit down with a metronome and get that shitty Alternate Picking I down.

I have a riff challenge still unrecorded and I'm trying to get back into practice. Maybe I'll record a demo I've had laying around..

I'll practise Syn's Etudes, go through PG' Blues Series, and jam. I would love to finish a song I'm writing

 

[Andrew Milner]

I've currently been working on a cover I am very fond of. I'll also try to wrap my head around VSTs and how I can use them to produce good sounding distortion guitars. I may have hit a breakthrough there though .

 

[Ed Seith]

I will be out of town for the holidays (leaving Sunday, back Friday 1/3), but when I get back, it's PG's Blues and THEORY. I need to finally commit to learning and implementing theory in my playing.

I will also be writing and recording a lot more music in 2020.

 

[Ethan Keeling]

I will be learning the fretboard better, improve on my improv by just jamming and looking further into the blues series!
