How Can I Achieve This Acoustic Sound?

I have the exact same setup as the person who created it. he uses the same guitar and eleven rack but he doesn’t want to share his preset. Any Ideas on how I can achieve it? Its funny because people say eleven rack is crap but he seems to always get the best preset out of the eleven rack for electric and acoustic.

I would be very surprised if this is not either an acoustic guitar running through it, or an electric with an onboard piezo pickup. Maybe he won’t share because he’s lying?

@ed Thanks for commenting the acoustic guitar is epiphone with a neck and bridge pickup and he runs it through the jack on the acoustic guitar to the eleven rack.

OK. I’m lost. That’s an ACTUAL acoustic guitar with a piezo pickup. You’re not going to make an electric guitar with neck and bridge pickups sound like that. I’m very confused by what you’re asking. Maybe I need to start drinking and stop working.

No the acoustic has 2 pickups. I was asking how can I have Epiphone EJ-200SCE with a cable to eleven rack. Like what should i do like settings , compressor eq delay etc

I don’t know the 11rack, but it sounds like there’s some light compression (not like a hard clip or anything), and like some of the bass and mids are cut. If there’s delay on there, it seems really light. More of the fullness there seems to be coming from reverb, like maybe a medium-room reverb or something. Hard to tell without hearing the dry signal side by side.
