So what I was thinking is me or someone else like jak make a thing called, finish my solo so basically it’s where someone posts a solo a 10 20 second clip of a solo and you post details like the backing track that you used the tuing what key it’s in what scale and then someone else posts a clip of them finishing the solo, the problems are that I don’t know what you would gain from it, I have some more ideas for it but if you are interested in it send me a message or comment I just want to get this idea out there

I’m going to explan the details now so, whoever I pick who can make a first half of the solo but I get to pick the backing track the tempo what techniques how many strings you can play it on what genre of it and if you are interested we will pick 10 people maybe a little more and out of those people we have to figure out which one matched the other half the best, you could be a judge the person who does the first half or the second. If I or we do this I want to do this every month or every other month. What I want to accomplish through this is ideas for players that are struggling to find Ideas on the guitar and spread creativity. If I get anymore comments private message me if you want to be a judge or the person who writes the first,half whoever messages me first can be one of those two. When I decide to make this official if I do I will have the rules for it.

This is such a great idea! The problem of it is, is that John Tierney tried this once and it got sooooo weird. No one could figure out how to mix it together. I think people were thinking too much into it. So here’s what I’ll do!
YOU pick the backing track on youtube or whatever you want, send it to me along with your solo idea and I’ll just edit my video right after yours

Okay this could work I need more people to do this so I or we can judge who fits the idea the most and since you are good at editing things together someone could send you a massage or something to edit the videos together, like say it ids and someone else wanted to this and they had each made a video could you edit that together, we can do a test and see if it works tell me if you are interested in it, and we try to find a good time to actually put this together.
