I never really improvised over blues before. But I had much fun and this is actually my first take. I haven’t listened to the backing track closely before and so I thought it was over at 3:15 and so I started talking I had the same problem at the end. I thought it would continue on.

i find it really interesting with that C#dim in there, it gives more freedom with the notes you can choose.

I think you get a week, so ideally I think tomorrow is the deadline. In the case of the site being down 2 days I wouldn’t be against some late videos. Anyone who still wants to do the blues track definitely should take time to do that still.

Improve 6 (D minor)

Here’s mines for this week. I tried to add a bit of a diminished sound to it. I’m honestly really glad we started going out of the box and picking scales that im sure most of us haven’t tried yet. This was my first attempt at the diminished scale.. in D minor. Some of it is hard to hear sorry about that I’m trying to figure out my volume for my pick up and half the time I forget to look cause I’m so eager to play lol.

Realized you cant hear me unless you were wearing headphones.. I forgot to turn up the mic lol. So I remixed it and turned down the backtrack all the way. I’m wondering where everyone else’s is!
