its not perfect but its doable until I get annoyed enough to wanna get it fixed. the set ups gonna cost me about 100 dollars I think I’m gonna get them to put some paradigm strings on top of the set up. Gonna go all in since its been probably 5 years since its been in for a good check up

Duuuude…save the money! Watch some YouTube videos, watch a couple more, and go for it! It’s all relatively simple and you’re not gonna really screw anything up, especially if you take you’re time and don’t go crazy on the truss rod.. I was a tech for ten years with a national touring act..I’m here for you! Hah if you’ve got questions after the watching videos, post back.. But trust me…YOU CAN DO IT HOMES!!! Take that hundro and stick it in savings and buy another guitar! Now get to studying!!!

could watch a video all day but until I see it myself I wont fully grasp it. Plus this guitar is old lots of wear and tear, and if I go too far in a spot I could do damage easily.

Uncle Rico down at guitar center could do it just as easily as you…what’s the main reason you’re afraid to do it yourself?..or which part of the set up are you afraid of screwing up beyond repair?

Pretty much all my guitars have been affected similarly by the weather. Guess it’s time to set em up again.

If he does it then i dont feel bad cause he owes me a new guitar lol besides they are good at this store (not guitar center in Canada) so they tend to be good to me. Always good to see the first time how it should be done right besides the price is more the strings being 19 dollars

Haha right on man! Asking if you can stick around while he does it is a cool idea! Definitely worth taking the time to learn..especially since you have multiple guitars hah that could get pretty costly. Sometimes it’s time consuming getting them just right but it’s a fun process all and all
