Recently went on a pick diet. Went from 2.0 mm to .73 mm this past few months and my oh my. Or should it be vice versa?

JOIN THE DISCORD VIEW THREADNo such thing as "should be" for stuff like this buddyRecently went on a pick diet. Went from 2.0 mm to .73 mm this past few months and my oh my. Or should it be vice versa?
Yeah, mine were the Jazz III Stubbies, the little purple ones. Started using them about 1989 or so and only started looking at alternatives in maybe 2012 or so. I tried Jazz III sized thick picks of different varieties, as bigger picks all felt foreign to me. Once I tried the JP Ultex picks, which are not full size, but larger than J3s, I opened up my mind to the larger (pun intended) possibilities.Been curious about the flow picks!
But eversince I landed into using the Jazz III mini picks, i've never been able to go back to regular-sized picks anymore
I started off with regular-sized 2mm picks for the first half of my career, about 5 years, until i changed to the mini picks since & whenever i try regular-sized picks again, i just felt uncomfortable.
Ah yes, the little purple ones, i got one from an oldie a while back. Those felt great to me too!Yeah, mine were the Jazz III Stubbies, the little purple ones. The flow picks are really nice, but maybe less so if your too much of a side/edge picker. I wound up adapting around them a fair bit but I liked what they brought feel and tone-wise.
how flimsyNo idea what my pick size is
