New Black Moon Guitar

Hi Guys,
I just wanted to reach out to you all and ask if anyone has bought this beautiful guitar yet?
Aside from the cost, I’m holding off INCASE there is a Black Moon with the sustaining coming out soon…
It’s a lot of money, but with only 50 around I’m getting closer and closer to hitting that ‘BUY’ button every day
What’s everyone else’s opinion on it? Are any of you guys keen to get one
of these ultra-rare guitars?

They are more then half gone if they aren’t all gone by now. Bit too k8ch for me but I stated in another post of rather see a jam with syn thing over a guitar I’ll be too afraid to play.

I am so tempted to get the blood moon, but I already have the Satin Gold Burst. Furthermore I noticed this amazing and unreleased paint job in this video… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNndLZfWVOc Check out the satin black with gloss black stripes. And the gold is crazy cool. I am praying this becomes available through the Syngates store, and has a sustainiac feature.

I saw this on his IG and the all black finish is just .
With the price involved as well, I think I’ll wait to see if it also comes out with a sustaniac function, and snap one of those up.

The sustanianc will add 400 dollars to the guitar. As does the floyd rose. So just be prepared to fork 3k if it comes out lol

Looks really good with black stripes ngl. Especially dig the gold hardware. It’s quite much for korean made guitar though and it doesn’t have the sustainiac. I would wait for a sustainiac model or invest a bit more and buy a USA made one.

I got my Black Moon last week. It is beautiful, but I think the one he is playing in the video is a prototype or a different version that they will release later. The Black Moon does not have glossy stripes, but the one in Syn’s video does.

Hey guys! I just got one as well. It’s so beautiful there are no words for it… It wasn’t cheap that’s for sure but I think it’s 100% worth it. I hope I’ll be a good enough guitar player someday to actually do it justice!

I just bought mine! Waiting for shipment
I already have the gold strip with sustaniac guitar but I bought the Black Moon because I want to share and show my appreciation and love for Syn. It’s been a couple of great years traveling for Avenged shows, getting married with the best songs and getting the band to play in our country (which they did last year!), and I couldn’t miss the chance to be a part of something so close and unique.
Can’t wait for it to arrive

Yeah I got my son one and received it, but no COA in the box. Trying to reach someone to get me one. If anyone can reach Syn please let him know our plight

Maybe it comes separate? He said it was secret so maybe they dont go out with the guitar?

Lewis, I agree the sustainiac is the way to go. My satin gold burst has one. But tbh if it was ever released I could live without the sustainiac on the model he is playing. And besides it could always be added later on.
Patrik, it looks soo good! I concur on the gold hardware!
Jordan, it is for sure different from the black moon model. Black moon has a burst paintjob. The one in the video does not. It is probably a prototype of some kind but I feel like if it was just a prototype he would not have shared it in the video. I am betting that Syn is teasing the release of a new model. Because he has obviously had prototypes before like the olive green satin burst model. And I don’t think he ever posted a video of himself showcasing it.
Eric, Clara, Kfir and Alex, congratulations on getting the Black Moon model! Enjoy it, practice regularly(even 20min per day if that is all you have) and above all have fun with it!

Alex Burnstein – The COA is big, (like 8.5″x11″) so I don’t think you could have missed it. It does not come separate. Mine was in the inside box underneath the guitar. But I did notice that the guitars have normal Schecter serial numbers, and don’t have say “#1 of 50” anywhere on the actual guitar. That part is on the COA. So I’m guessing Schecter made 50 of them, and then Syn signed and numbered the COAs and someone put them in the boxes. I guess it’s possible someone messed up and didn’t get one put in your box. I think the only thing you can do is try to contact someone through e-mail – I think it’s [email protected]? I think Jak Angelescu might be able to directly contact someone to get help as well. So you may DM her and see if she can help.
