Not available in my region?

I have the app but I can’t use it because it says it’s not available in my region I live in the (us) anyone have any ideas of what I could do

This is might sound weird, but is your App Store or google play store (whichever you have) set to the US ? I had an issue a couple years ago with an old iPhone I had that gave me the same message for a different app, somehow my country/region had been changed.
double check that and if it’s still giving that error I would reach out to @alexj she’s our badass tech goddess

Hey there! Could you try this and see if it helps? If not, let me know and I can help find a different solution

iPhone

1. On your device, tap Settings > Your Name > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in. An iPhone X showing the iTunes & App Stores Settings screen with the Apple ID menu open and View Apple ID selected.
3. Tap Country/Region, then tap "Change Country or Region."

Android

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu, then Account, and then Country and profiles.
3. Tap the country where you want to add an account.

I'm running into a similar issue. Also located in the US and confirmed that my app store country / region reflects that.
