These two guitars. Whats the diference?

So Im about two buy a schecter omen. I found two beautifull guitars, wich look the same to my eyes. But they have diferent prices, and when I say diferent, Im talking about 80€… Can anybody pls follow these two links of the guitars and tell me the diference between them?
