Recently I’ve been having an issue where my hands tense up noticeably while playing, I’ve always been very conscious of trying to avoid this and it’s happened from time to time. Recently though, it’s been a lot more prevalent.
I did take a short break from playing as much earlier in the year and I’m almost certain this is happening because I’m just getting fully back into the swing of things. I always warm up and even do some hand and finger stretches, but if anyone has any other tips or exercises they do to help avoid or remedy this, I would love to hear them!
