Hi guys
I wrote to the website at least 3 times now,but still no answer.
I live in hungary,i ordered a syn shirt to my friends’s place who lives in the US.
it was deliered by usps,got emails that something’s wrong with the package at least 3-4 times.
at the 22nd of october i got an email from usps which said delivered,to original seller,so basically i paid for it,my friend didnt receive anything.
did i lost my shirt?at least will i get a refund?
kinda pisses me off now.

i got rhe same probleme i lived in france ! at this moment i just got my syn destressed . i waiting the american flag and the signed shirt but when i check UPS statut nothing apear . i think we just need wainting the order arrived and dont trust in shitty UPS

the problem is,i got at least 3 delivery exception emails,and they’re returning the package.
i got emails daily from usps,but the last one was on 22th of october,and it says delivered to original sender,so my friend didnt receive the package
i havent got any emails from it since,so its done basically.that’s why i want to get my money back at least.i ordered it to her place because she comes back to hungary on the 6th of november,so i would’t had to pay 30$ shipping.

Okay thank you for that information. Here’s what I found.
Your friend failed to pick up the package. They held it at the post office waiting for her to pick it up for 3 days and she didn’t. If her mailbox is extremely small or she lives in an apartment, they will not deliver it to her mailbox or her door usually. They’ll leave a “package pickup” slip for her to pick up your package at the mail office. Does that make sense?
Because the 3 day period passed and she didn’t collect your package, they sent it back to California. When this happens, usually the business (in this case the Synyster Gates School) will either attempt to deliver it again or they’ll simply refund your money. However, the refund of the money will only be for the purchase price and usually takes up to three weeks for your money to be returned to you, especially if it’s a foreign bank account.
If you’d like more details directly, I can possibly try to contact an Admin myself and see if I can get a response. I hope I helped a little bit.

then it would be amazing if you could contact them and tell them about it,i would like to get a refund.
i cant imagine how long would it take to ship it to hungary:/

Mine arrived yesterday(I live In NL) the package fitted through my mailbox so it was just laying there today when I checked for my mail.

hey there, i also had a little problem. My shirt was in germany, and then the postal service said to me that the shirt is laying by the customs… the shirt was laying there for 2 weeks…

mine got sent back to the original seller on the 22nd,havent heard any update from it since.they dont respond anything i wrote them.emails,contact us,nothing.

The only people who can really help you with orders in the store are the people from the store. With whatever questions/propositions you have you can try mailing [email protected]

Maybe next time try to have it delivered to your own address instead of someone else’s address. Maybe have it sender to your own house saved you a lot of shipping costs but it has to come to you someway or another and I also read that apparently they put a note through the mailbox saying it was delivered by nobody was home so it could be picked up. So it’s definetely not like it wasn’t delivered or anything. I think you can’t really hold them accountable for this TBH.

From the moment it leaves their distribution center there is not much they can do indeed. It’s better to contact the company that does the delivery instead of the people here.
