Did my best to get it to sound as close to the studio recording as possible. As this solo still seems to be somewhat of an unsolved myth - ask me everything you want to know about it and I'll try my best to help you!
Sooo, I just bought a used Axe FX II and I'm really liking it so far. I tried my best to replicate Petruccinator's 2003-ish tone! Axe FX users, feel free to give me some tips... :D And that's definitely the most ridiculous solo I know, if you really wanna put your alternate picking speed and endurance to the test, give it a try...

M.I.A. solo

Tried my best to get it 99% accurate... :) If you wanna improve as an overall musician, ditch tabs and try learning solos by ear. The best way to do this (imo) is to slow down the song on YouTube to 0.5 or even 0.25 speed! If you're lucky, you might also find an isolated guitar track! ;)
Had a little fun writing a solo for this classic, its chord progression is amazing. :) I tried to sound as "synth-like" and smooth as possible, so I obviously threw in long and liquidy legato lines ^^

Dear God solo

This perfectly illustrates why bending and vibrato control is way more important than shreddage ;) Had to throw in a little original solo at the end of course!

The Wicked End solo

One of my favorite A7X solos, contains some very unusual patterns! ^^
Wanted to share this with y‘all! Martin Rønning and I covered every little detail in this song AND we both played an additional shreddy solo! 😜

Seize the Day solo

A lot of bending... I love it! :D

This just doesn't get old... :) Instagram: simoneichingerx Gear: - ESP Horizon FR (SD Invaders) - Mesa Boogie Mark V 25 - Suhr Reactive Load IR

Creating God solo

Afterlife and M.I.A. are child‘s play compared to this... A lot of crazy economy picking lines, I love it! 😁

The Stage solo

Happy birthday to a real masterpiece! - Instagram: simoneichingerx - Gear: - ESP Horizon NT-II (SD Invaders) - Mesa Boogie Mark V 25
This is why good bending technique is so much more important than "shred". Instagram: simoneichingerx Gear: - ESP E-II Horizon - Boss SD-1 - Marshall JVM410H - Two Notes Torpedo Live
A lot of you have been discussing Scream‘s picking pattern. Here‘s the solo 20% faster, just because... why not :D I start on an upstroke which results in outside picking. That way it‘s easier to do pickslanting (imo). Aaand: Always accentuate the first note of the pattern!! This is key! Your mind can‘t process every note at high speeds. Instagram: simoneichingerx
I wanted to share this with you because I‘ve incorporated a lot of Synyster-esque economy picking ideas into this! :)
A lot of furious economy picking in this one! :) The first pattern is a great pickslanting and string skipping exercise too.
Took a short video with my phone while practicing... :) Sorry for the crappy quality and frame rate.
Some crazy economy picking in this!
