BAND THAT SURPRISED ME: Avenged Sevenfold. I only liked a couple songs until I saw them play live and they blew me away.

GUILTY PLEASURE: Tokio Hotel. Favourite band from my teens.

Agreed. Bat out of Hell is a classic. When I first heard "A Little Piece of Heaven," my first thought was a "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" influence. Bat out of Hell II was pretty good, too. I haven't cared for anything else.

Trivia Time! Celine Dion's hit "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" was written by Jim Steinman and the entire recording was done for a Meat Loaf record. For whatever reason, they left the song off the album, and Celine Dion was coaxed into doing a vocal over it. The rest is history.

It’s funny I can’t stand black veil brides but I feel they’d be amazing if Andy left There songs are pretty good and their guitarists are amazing but I can’t get over Andy’s voice I personally think it’s terrible.

I couldn't immediately think of any bands offhand that I hated so I went through other peoples to see what they said. Your post reminded me that Imagine Dragons is a thing and how I hate how repetitive they are and that they've hardly evolved ever since they got those initial hit songs. I was hoping to see Metallica back in 2018 but tickets sold out in under 72 hours so I didn't get any tickets haha. Slayers second leg of the Final Campaign tour was my first metal concert! Got to see them last November with The Illegals, Ministry, and Primus! Goddamn was that a great night. Would love to see them again. Maybe they'll pull a KISS and do an additional 4 more "We're retiring finally but we've got to take your money one last time because goddamn does Gene have a lot of alimony to pay" tour.
