I know I haven't been active on the sight for a while, but I've never stopped practicing and writing music. Here's one of my demos. The guitar sound is different from my others which I recorded with my actual amp rather than going direct into my interface. Drums are all done on FL Studio mobile on my phone until I get a real drummer. I would greatly appreciate any feedback, and I'll share more of my demos if anyone is interested.

Hey all, i'm still quite new here but thought i'd drop the first demo by my band that we released not too long ago. We're still looking for a vocalist and a bass player so for now its all instrumental. Hope you enjoy and any feedback is massively appreciated!

used the auto play drum and bass on garageband and midi guitars Am, F, G, C, mostly i think one part is differnt, didn't keep up with the notation doubled each track and panned one left one right 88 bpm in the key of C was the settings so i think anything i play would be in C somehow The picture is from a lightning strike, it kind of looks like it has wings

Not sure if I'm doing it right or how to play guitar over these beats. The first part been practicing it a few days, hitting with the top of the stick then the middle on the Hi-Hat. I don't know how to count this with 1-e-and-a's. Second beat been working on, it should probably go a bit faster. Also working on going in and out of fills. From a 45 minute clip, tiring

My band's latest release. Really happy with the way it turned out. Lots of technical riffage and the solo has some pretty interesting ideas. Let me know what you think. This song has nothing to do with crushing turtles, I promise. Probably more related to the 8-bit "Crush" instrument used. Anyway... Hello again! Here's a bit of practice, and a few notes to go along with it: 1. Track is slowed down to 0.75, and I've kinda split it up into 4 or 5 parts. 2. There's a very good chance, as described, that I'm playing this in the wrong octave to start with. But, I started here, and I'm too stubborn to change atm. Oopsies. 3. Pls critique my finger positioning and anything else as needed. I worked this out by ear and there's probably some more efficient ways to play some of it (this will become apparent especially in future videos) Enjoy!

I’ve really been buckling down and properly practicing this song! I know most of the song, even parts after this video but can’t play it anywhere near full speed yet. It gets pretty fast 3/4 into it and I’ve never been able to play fast stuff such as in this song, but I can see progress which very much excites and motivates me to keep going 🤟🏻

It’s been a little while since I posted anything. Haven’t been playing much lately, but here is some uncut video of me practicing a part from Canon Rock. I’ve been coming back to this song over and over for the past 12 years, pretty much since I first picked up a Guitar. I had to unlearn a lot of bad habits with this song over the years, and this part specifically helped me greatly with Alternate picking. Here’s a little throwback ! I absolutely LOVE the sound of slide guitar and was so damned determined to learn how to do it. PG even has a little lesson on it here (lesson 18 of the Blues Masterclass) I VERY quickly gave up lol. It was the hardest shit I’d ever tried to do on guitar but, as I was looking back over my guitar adventure thus far, I was reminded how much fun this was. It’s a little late for New Years resolutions, so my promise to myself is to get back into the things that truly inspire me. Even if I suck at them. I gotta stop giving up on the things I truly like ! Is there anything that you gave up on that you want to revisit ?
