Thanks Ids ! I was thinking that might be it. Also, I know recording via my phone isn’t the greatest for audio quality. What I hear in video is always so different that what I hear while I’m actually playing it.

I also record using my phone😅 it usually does the trick fine unless the volume is very high.

Hey Alicia - I think it's sounding great! I'm working on this song too! I think a little more palm muting could help you tame that low D, especially during the galloping rhythm part. You can also shape your tone a lot with where you place your right palm.
