Day 1, low E string... well, actually D string. I didn't plan much, I just improvised a bunch to a drum track and recorded some of it. A couple of times, the changes in the drums caught me off guard and threw out of rhythm a bit. Anyway, enjoy.

As the title says this is for fans of Avenged. This is my band Faith in Failure, and Avenged is one of our collective influences. I feel like our song "The Fields" is our most Avenged like song at the moment. I was working on my picking hand wrist movements playing familiar chords and got this. Ended up changing the fingerings a bit towards the end of the original video which was about 10 minutes. You probably wouldn't want to hear the same melody for 10 minutes. The last part of the riff is a C chord and still need to figure out a decent way to end it. The basic chords are Am, D something, G something, C major. The D and G just moving some notes around and/or opening some strings. I thought it was pretty cool. I put electric guitar strings on my acoustic, they feel really loose. Thought it was the same thing

I got a new guitar and I figured I could write a song on it. I consider this just a demo but I filmed things because I wanted to show off my new guitar. I also spend like a week or so working/recording this so that's why the outfit changes every once in a while in the video.

On behalf of the people of my country (Myanmar), I would like to ask help for support against the military coup that has took placed in Feb 1. I haven't been here learning much since then because the Junta cut off all our internet and cells in order to prevent the world knowing the real situation here. In this song, I created about all the killings and abducting civilians and to encourage my people that no matter how much they kill, they may only kill our life but not our souls that are against them because it's 2021 they they are taking us back to the stone ages. I reached out to Syn a few weeks ago but I think he has not seen my messages. So I beg you Syn, your encouragement to me will mean a lot to me. My dad and I are well known musicians here and we are on their warrant list. We have been running and now I get wifi at a home who are kind enough to let my dad and I to stay for a few days since we have been running.

My first ever complete song production / lyric video. Used a lot of techniques I picked up off this site. Enjoy!

I recorded stuff last night and compiled a video. I thought I saved it before moving/deleting everything to make space, it's gone. Still got the uncut videos but I don't want to edit it again. It's long and tedious, am getting faster at it so that's good I guess. I'm just going to share 2 of them and one more tomorrow maybe.
