I know I haven't been active on the sight for a while, but I've never stopped practicing and writing music. Here's one of my demos. The guitar sound is different from my others which I recorded with my actual amp rather than going direct into my interface. Drums are all done on FL Studio mobile on my phone until I get a real drummer. I would greatly appreciate any feedback, and I'll share more of my demos if anyone is interested.

Hey all, i'm still quite new here but thought i'd drop the first demo by my band that we released not too long ago. We're still looking for a vocalist and a bass player so for now its all instrumental. Hope you enjoy and any feedback is massively appreciated!

used the auto play drum and bass on garageband and midi guitars Am, F, G, C, mostly i think one part is differnt, didn't keep up with the notation doubled each track and panned one left one right 88 bpm in the key of C was the settings so i think anything i play would be in C somehow The picture is from a lightning strike, it kind of looks like it has wings

Got this riff just now, I think it's good for practicing. My index stays and I move my other 3 fingers, also giving some strength. It's 4 chords but on paper it could be seen as 2 shapes. One is like the F barre chord or B Minor. The other one is like a triangle. Towards the end I tried adding more chords. Tuned down a half step to E flat.

it's some stuff i got from today the first riff started from 2 chords i found jamming last night and added 1 and then another one i never used before. they are difficult still for me. learned them here. another riff i had that was missing something i made better too but forgot it the second riff is an updated version of one from a couple months ago. i was trying to figure out a way to move it easily, maybe could be different fingerings tuned down a half step

First time using midi to compose with other instruments. Think the piano and strings really added to this one.

Some sounds, it's minimalist and hadn't a pattern worked out. When playing something and wanting to set the metronome to that tempo, how?

Good afternoon friends! This is a chord progression that i LOVE and i wanted to share it with everyone; i love jazzy sounding stuff that also retains a level of harmonic stability and this walks that line well in my opinion. Eb - Eb7 - Dbmaj7 - Dbm6 - Abmaj7 - Abm6 - F7 - Bb7 or I - I7 - bVII - bvii - IV - iv - II7 - V7 it’s kinda like half way between Eb and Ab! the Dbm6 functions as the minor 4 chord of Ab and the Abm6 pulls back to the Eb (as it is it the minor 4 if Eb) BUT turns around to the classic V7 of V7 before we actually get to Eb so to me the progression itself feels like a story just waiting for you and I to express ourselves over it! You can get really cool altered sounds over the final Bb7 by playing a B Lydian chord over it to really hammer it home to that Eb

the last one i swear, for now >:) this little thing has like an A and B section, it all in Db but the A section feels like Db major and B section feels like Bb minor, the relative minor of Db major! the triplet rhythm in the left hand make me feel like i’m at sea or a pirate or some shit. yar har fiddely dee. A: Db - Eb - Gb - Ab B: Bbm - Ab - Gb - Ab
