Quarantine Jam #1

A Medley of two bands and eight songs, can you name them all? Made a couple of mistakes but I think you can recognize all of them :D

Quarantine jam 1

I made a loop of the chords of the thrill is gone and did a little improv over them, Great fun!
Hello guys! It's an honor for me to share with y'all my first-ever guitar cover! I still have a lot to learn but I am happy with the result 😋 Let me know what you think, any feedback is appreciated!
Quarantine Jam Synyster Gates School Nr.1
Look at me try a Dm sweep...in an improv XD. Time to put new tricks into the improv. Thanks for the idea @[44223:@Rute Rodrigues]...and thanks @[5:@Jak Angelescu] for making the category.

Quarantine Jam 2

Hope you and yours are safe.
It might not look like much but I put a lot of thought in those short runs. So - from my understanding - that's the theory behind it. I created a I-VI-V progression in C, using the chords C, Am and G, then I end on C. I connect those chords with either an arpeggio or a little pentatonic run. Really tried connecting the positions and use arpeggios this time. Thanks to @[22747:@Chris Johnston] for helping me understand the theory behind it all!
I was fiddling with a new and mellower lead tone, and it's versatility struck me. During trying times, I often find myself gravitating to this song, a Bon Jovi classic from 1995, the title track from the album These Days. These Days, indeed. Corona quarantine. This is another one-take wonder, and it comes at like 3am after a long day. The leads are all improvised, with mixed results, but it's real. All one preset on the AxeFX, though I do kick on a little extra gain for the outro solo.
Something simple to start out with..

Haken - Puzzle Box

bro, i love haken Make sure you are safe, stay at home.
Between the Buried and Me: Selkies The Endless Obsession
After about 6000+ takes, this was as close as I got to getting this section down thus far. This was the solo that made me want to sweep pick more than anything many moons ago! (a little added alternate picking wankery in the begining of the video)
Okay, this is A FIRST for me, so really exciting. Began to write a metal song on guitar, that is where I have it right now. I did a couple of mistakes and am far from finished writing it. Tuning is B. Feedback appreciated!
Here is a melodic improv!!
Medieval Knievel Duel Lick
Been taking some of this extra time that most of the world has recieved to start recording some songs I've been working on. Here is the guitar duel lick from a song I'm calling Medieval Knievel. The pattern itself will really work your upward and downward pickslants AND your inside and outside picking! ( I wrote this lick as an exercise to ruin my life. Success) TABS on my page!
The video is from a botched take where I played the last part on the wrong string, so ignore that. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with this. Bends are a little sloppy though.

RIP & TEAR

Celebrating the Launch of Doom Eternal I decided to cover RIP & TEAR from 2016s Doom Soundtrack by Mick Gordon.
Just a practice video! Hope you enjoy!
For some reason I only upload my mess ups and the jam I do afterwards here. The looper part is definetely not perfect but you know gotta do something to get rid of the frustration of messing up. This lick is a beast btw.
